Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
Solid knowledge of database query optimization and performance tuning.
Ability to troubleshoot complex database and application issues.
Experience in managing and maintaining database security and integrity.
Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes related to database systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
