Sidspire Bespoke Furniture is looking for a energetic and target-driven Sales Manager with experience in furniture or interior sales to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
Identify new business opportunities in furniture and interior segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers
Handle customer inquiries, site visits, and close sales effectively
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with operations and design teams for smooth project execution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in furniture sales or interior sales
Having good contacts with builders and Architects
Solid communication, negotiation,



and leadership skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Good product knowledge in furniture/interior solutions
Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Advantages:
Salary: ₹50,000+ per month (According to relevant experience)
