Job description

Role & responsibilities
Regularly communicate with customer and providing relevant information to the customer.
Visit the customer end regarding quality issue.
Responsible of In-House quality & Analyze root cause investigations when quality problems rise.
To ensure quality standards are met in processes and products.
Collaborate with operations managers to develop corrective action.
implement and monitor quality assurance standards to ensure consistent product quality.
Responsible to assist external quality auditors in coordinating on-site audits.
Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving production and manufacturing problems
Interacting with vendors, customers, and management to ensure quality product delivery.
Conduct audits, identifying any areas of non-compliance, identifying any areas for quality control improvement and implementing current methods accordingly




Confirmation of Process design /Tool Design based on potential failures and past problems.
Submission of Quality Improvements schedule to customer and regular meeting to review for its compliance.
Checking and approval of documents necessary to submit customer before SOP
Ensuring Trials and Inspection of part and process for approval
Part handling standard approval for internal as well as to customer and ensure all preparation before SOP.
Initial Quality control after SOP of Current Parts
Regular meeting with concern department About Quality Issues

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be from Sheet Metal industry & Automobile industry

Key Skills:- Customer Complaints, Root cause analysis, CAPA, Quality Audits, non-compliance, Quality Improvements.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
