Key Responsibilities
Read and understand shop drawings, cut lists, and measurements
Operate woodworking machines such as panel saw, beam saw, edge banding machine, CNC (if applicable), and drilling machines,
Assemble modular units like kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV units, office furniture, etc.
Perform accurate cutting, drilling, grooving, and finishing work
Ensure proper hardware fixing (hinges, channels, accessories)
Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage
Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area
Support site installation work when required
Report production issues or material shortages to the supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications




Minimum 2–5 years experience in modular furniture or factory carpentry
Valuable knowledge of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, and fittings
Ability to work with machines and hand tools
Understanding of measurements in millimeters (mm)
Basic knowledge of edge banding and modular fittings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
