Job Description – Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase Executive – Procurement & Logistics

Experience: 1–4 Years

Location: Noida

Industry Preference: Construction / Facade / Aluminium & Glass / Manufacturing / Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
Source materials from approved/recent vendors and obtain quotations.
Compare quotations, negotiate prices and finalize purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors for material availability, rates, dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with logistics/transporters for timely movement of materials.
Regularly follow up on pending POs, dispatches and deliveries.
Coordinate with site/project teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
Track material shortages, delays, pending deliveries and resolve issues with vendors/logistics partners.
Maintain purchase, vendor, PO and delivery records in MS Excel.
Coordinate with Accounts for invoices, payments and purchase-related documentation.
Maintain valuable relationships with vendors and develop new suppliers whenever required.




Ensure required materials reach the site on time and as per specification.
Prepare purchase and delivery status reports/MIS whenever required.

Required Skills
2–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
Valuable negotiation and quotation comparison skills.
Experience in logistics/transport coordination and delivery tracking.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and urgent site demands.
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.

Preferred

Experience in Facade, Aluminium & Glass, ACP, Construction, Manufacturing or Engineering industry will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Depending on experience, skills and interview performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
