About the Role:

Vinayaga Shutters, a trusted name in high-quality rolling shutters and custom steel fabrication since 1959, is seeking a Production Engineer to manage daily manufacturing activities at our factory in Manali. This role involves supervising fabrication teams, ensuring quality standards, maintaining production schedules, and coordinating with field engineers and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day factory operations related to shutter manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly.
Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Supervise technicians and welders; ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
Maintain and monitor usage of tools, machinery, and equipment.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement process improvements.
Maintain production logs, daily reports, and output records.




Ensure preventive maintenance of machines is carried out regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:
BE electrical and Electronics engineering
2–5 years of factory-floor experience in fabrication/manufacturing
Knowledge of shutter or steel fabrication processes is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Hands-on knowledge of tools, welding, and machine operation
Solid leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with safety protocols and production quality control
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, etc.)
