Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills
Experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment reporting.
Robust negotiation and candidate management skills.

Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA HR / Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
