Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and sub-contractor measurement sheets.
Conduct joint site measurements and reconcile quantities against BOQ and technical drawings.
Prepare material reconciliation statements (steel, cement, bitumen, aggregates) to track waste and usage.
Handle rate analysis, extra items, variation statements, and price escalation claims.
Preferred Requirements:
Hands-on expertise in government billing systems and norms (HPPWD, PMGSY, Hydro projects).
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
