Aventra Medtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager who can take ownership of our people function and support the organization’s next phase of growth.

We are looking for a qualified with strong experience in:
End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
HR policies, systems and statutory compliance
Employee documentation, payroll coordination and HR administration
Performance management and employee engagement
Training and organizational development
Building, developing and retaining high-performing teams
Creating a skilled, performance-driven corporate culture

Experience: 5+ years in a responsible HR role preferred

Industry exposure: Medical devices, healthcare,



pharma or manufacturing will be an advantage

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

We are looking for someone who can go beyond routine HR administration and build solid people, solid systems and a strong organization.
