Business Development:
Identify and acquire suitable properties across various states and markets in India.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms, agreements, and property deals.
Manage property onboarding, documentation, contracts, and registration processes.
Conduct property audits and site visits as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of properties.
Identify recent markets and opportunities for business expansion.

Sourcing & Procurement:
Manage sourcing and procurement of household products, furniture, and materials through online and offline channels.
Place and track orders through Amazon, Flipkart, IKEA,



and other relevant platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
Identify current vendors, portals, and sourcing channels.
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Coordinate with the ground team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
