Roles & Responsibilities – Spa Therapist
Perform professional spa treatments, body therapies, massages, facials, and other services as per the centre’s protocols.
Consult with clients to understand their concerns and recommend suitable treatments or packages.
Ensure proper preparation, hygiene, sanitation, and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment.
Provide a comfortable, skilled, and personalized experience to every client.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and service-quality standards while performing treatments.
Maintain accurate client records, treatment details, and product usage.
Educate clients about post-treatment care and recommend appropriate home-care products when required.




Achieve individual and team service targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Identify suitable opportunities to promote relevant treatments, packages, and products without being overly pushy.
Build solid client relationships and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.
Coordinate with the centre manager and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain a qualified appearance, attitude, and high level of customer service at all times.

Working Hours
10-hour shift per day.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
