JUNIOR SALES MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Sales
Location: Popular Hyundai – Kozhikode / Kunnamangalam

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales and retail targets through effective team management.
Lead, motivate and monitor Sales Consultants.
Track leads, follow-ups, test drives, bookings and deliveries.
Improve enquiry-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion.
Support the team in customer handling, negotiation and closing.
Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Insurance, Exchange and Service teams.
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Conduct product, sales and performance coaching for the team.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and proper CRM process compliance.

Qualification & Experience
Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
2–5 years of automobile sales experience preferred.
Team Leader / Senior Sales Consultant experience will be an advantage.
