Prepare job cards and explain service requirements to customers.
Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of service.
Provide service estimates and obtain customer approval.
Monitor vehicle service status and provide updates to customers.
Conduct vehicle delivery and explain completed work and billing.
Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns.
Coordinate with Spares, Service, and Warranty teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve service targets.
Maintain proper service records and documentation.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
