About the Role
Bragnam Learning Private Limited, a leading preschool franchise company, is hiring a Franchise Coordinator to manage client communication and support. You'll be the key link between our franchise partners and the company, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to franchise client queries, concerns, and issues
Coordinate booking of preschool resources (books, uniforms, etc.)
Follow up on franchise payments and resolve payment issues
Maintain client records and interactions in the CRM system
Support sales and marketing with upsell/cross-sell prospects
Organize and assist with client meetings (in-person and virtual)
Stay current on company products,



services, and policies
Collaborate with the team to improve client satisfaction and workflows

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service mindset with professional problem-solving ability
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus
Freshers welcome to apply; prior experience is an advantage
