About the Role

Fitspire is looking for a Performance Marketer with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, and revenue scaling.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
Drive profitable customer acquisition with a solid focus on P&L; and contribution margin.
Analyze cohorts, LTV, customer psychology, and campaign performance to improve conversions.
Manage and optimize Shopify storefront, checkout flows, and analytics.
Develop strategies to control COD orders and minimize RTO.
Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, contribution margin, and other key business metrics.




Identify growth opportunities and aggressively scale successful campaigns and budgets.

Key Requirements
4+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
Solid expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Mandatory D2C experience; FMCG brand experience strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Shopify, analytics, and e-commerce funnels.
Robust understanding of P&L;, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis.
Proven experience in scaling D2C campaigns and managing COD/RTO challenges.
Data-driven, commercially minded, and growth-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
