About the Role

Infinite Diagnostics Center is looking for a polite, presentable, and patient-friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk and assist patients with their queries and appointments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle reception responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and qualified manner.
Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information about diagnostic services.
Manage incoming calls and coordinate patient appointments.
Maintain patient records, registers, and other basic documentation.
Perform computer-based data entry and other administrative/reception-related tasks.
Coordinate with the diagnostic center team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.




Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for patients visiting the center.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, qualified, presentable, and patient-friendly personality.
Ability to handle patients and visitors with patience and professionalism.
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage front-desk responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
