ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (HR)
Defining Hiring Needs:

Collaborate with department heads to determine current and future staffing needs.

Create detailed job descriptions and requirements for open positions.
Recruitment Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Partner with the HR team to identify suitable recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
Candidate Evaluation:

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.

Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate additional assessments such as written tests, presentations, or skill evaluations.
Decision-Making and Offers:

Work with HR to evaluate shortlisted candidates and make final hiring decisions.

Ensure competitive and fair salary offers aligned with organizational policies.
Onboarding Coordination:

Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for current hires.





Provide input on training and orientation plans for recent employees.
Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain proper documentation for all hiring activities and decisions.
Employer Branding:

Promote the organization’s reputation as a desirable place to work.

Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking prospects.
Continuous Improvement:

Gather feedback from candidates and interviewers to improve the recruitment process.

Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
Team Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between HR and department teams to align hiring needs and goals.

Provide training to team members involved in the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹15,656.71 - ₹25,000.00 per month
