Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records. The candidate should have solid accounting knowledge and preferably experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting transactions, invoicing, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
Prepare bank, customer, supplier, and ledger reconciliations.
Record and monitor shipping-related income and expenses.
Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
Coordinate with Operations and other departments on billing and accounting matters.




Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
Assist with VAT/tax compliance and audit requirements.
Support the Accounts Manager in day-to-day financial activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in shipping/logistics.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles, MS Excel, and ERP/accounting software.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
