We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to generate leads and promote our social media marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Introduce and explain the company's social media marketing services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and address basic service-related questions.
Stay updated on the company's services, pricing, and current digital marketing trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).




Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
