About Scholar Buddy

Scholar Buddy is an education and career-focused platform helping students prepare for competitive exams, degree courses, school education, and placement-oriented programs.

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming student/parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Understand students' academic and career requirements.
Counsel students about suitable courses, programs and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
Explain course structure, fees, batches, offers and other details to students.
Maintain lead and admission records.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Good convincing and counselling skills.
Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
Previous experience in Education Sales / Admission Counselling / Inside Sales / EdTech will be preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills and performance.
