Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager – Gold Loan to manage multiple branches and drive business growth, profitability, portfolio quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor multiple Gold Loan branches.
Achieve Gold Loan disbursement, AUM, collection, and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor Branch Managers and branch teams.
Drive customer acquisition, renewals, and business growth.
Monitor overdue, NPA, auction, and collection performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, KYC/AML, and audit requirements.




Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
Analyse MIS and take corrective actions to improve branch performance.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate.
5–10 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking / Retail Lending.
Prior experience in Gold Loan Cluster/Regional/Branch Management preferred.
Robust leadership, sales, collection, and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned branches.
