Telesales Executive – Job DescriptionJob Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over calls, understanding their business requirements, and promoting & selling our Digital Marketing Packages and Online Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce digital marketing services.
Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing packages.
Explain services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, Branding, and other digital solutions.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Build solid and qualified relationships with clients.
Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team for further assistance.




Stay updated about the company's services, packages, pricing, and offers.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable Hindi and English communication.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Confident and positive attitude while speaking with customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of outbound calls.
Lead conversion rate.
Monthly sales/revenue generated.
Follow-up and client conversion.
Achievement of assigned sales targets.

A confident, energetic, and result-oriented individual who enjoys talking to customers, understands their requirements, and has the ability to convert prospects into paying clients.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
