Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets, memberships & retail sales.
Manage daily spa & salon operations smoothly.
Handle appointments, billing, cash, stock & client service.
Lead, train & motivate the centre team.
Ensure luxury service standards, hygiene & guest satisfaction.
Drive walk-ins, conversions, repeat clients & local marketing activities.
Handle guest feedback and maintain robust client relationships.
Share daily sales & operational reports with management.

Preferred Profile:
Experience in Spa, Salon, Hospitality, Wellness or Luxury Retail.
Strong sales, operations & team management skills.
Positive communication & customer handling abilities.
Smart, disciplined & target-oriented personality.
