KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Recruitments and Selection:
Responsible for recruitment and selection of employees across levels
Create a robust manpower pipeline to manage existing vacancies
Track and report hiring metrics to ensure year end manpower plans are met

Joining On-Boarding:
Responsible for smooth on-boarding of recent hires
Ensuring timely generation of Employee Codes
Ensuring timely generation of appointment letters
Coordinate and ensure attendance for HR Induction and orientation program

HR Operations:
Ensuring proper and complete documentation post selection of candidates
Manage and collect of all pre-joining documents
Collect joining kit/post joining documents from the candidates
Manage end to end leave and attendance management for current joinees

HRIS:
Record and create HR reports on hiring metrics, hiring funnel, employee engagement etc.
Publish HR dashboards and attrition analysis data to business stakeholders.

Query and Grievance Management:
As HR SPOC, responsible for managing employee related queries and their resolution.
Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies.




Handling of employee grievances and taking proactive steps to ensure local level resolution of grievances.
Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations.

Exit Management:
Manage employee separations across the region, ensuring timely closure of exit processes and adherence to organizational policies
Identify key drivers of turnover, and share actionable insights with business leaders to support retention initiatives
Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure timely processing of employee exits, including salary stoppage, Full Final (FF) settlement, and completion of all exit formalities

Staffing:
Managing vendor payment and liasioning with HO for the same
Manage IJP roll out and closure on system, send regret and congratulatory mails
Drive sourcing through Employee referrals and Portals

Employee Development:
Collate and track development program nominations for the region
Track ensure 100% adherence to the nomination

Engagement:
Connect up with top bottom FOS
Pulse/ Kenexa/ Bottoms Up calls with FOS
