Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programmes and progress updates. Track actual progress against planned targets and highlight delays, risks and recovery actions. Prepare and coordinate contractor/client billing, measurements, quantity verification and supporting documentation. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and planning documentation. Coordinate with site, engineering, commercial, consultant and contractor teams for smooth project execution. Support preparation of MIS, look-ahead plans, progress presentations and project status reports. Use Primavera P6 and MS Project for planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.



Mandatory Experience & Skills 5–8 years/BE-Civil of relevant experience in construction planning and billing. Mandatory exposure to Residential, Commercial, High-Rise and Government construction projects. Good understanding of construction activities, quantities, billing and project schedules. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project. Valuable coordination, communication, reporting and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
