Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Trainer to provide technical training to students and prepare them for placements and entry-level IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical training sessions for students.
Explain programming concepts and IT fundamentals clearly.
Provide practical, hands-on training through projects and exercises.
Prepare students for technical interviews and placement assessments.
Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews.
Identify students’ learning gaps and provide individual guidance.
Coordinate with the technical team to align training with industry requirements.
Support students in developing job-ready technical skills.

Required Skills:




Strong knowledge of relevant IT technologies and programming concepts.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
Good mentoring and classroom management skills.
Experience in training or teaching students is preferred.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in IT training, development, or a related technical role preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
