Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Mankavu, Kozhikode (In office)

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Mankavu, Kozhikode. In this high-energy role, you will act as an educational consultant—engaging prospective students, helping them choose the right learning path, closing enrollments, and earning competitive rewards for your performance.

Key Responsibilities
Active Outreach: Connect with qualified inbound leads and prospective students via phone calls and WhatsApp to introduce our educational programs.
Consultative Selling: Understand student career goals, resolve queries, suggest tailored course packages, and secure admissions.
Pipeline & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of lead statuses, follow-up schedules, and conversion performance in our CRM/Excel systems.




Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily calling targets and monthly enrollment goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam (native) and a positive command of English.
Sales Orientation: Prior experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Admissions Counseling is preferred.
Key Skills: Robust communication, persuasive closing ability, basic computer literacy (MS Office), and a drive to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
