4–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in Mumbai.
Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
Solid knowledge of the SOBO/South Mumbai real estate market is preferred.
Experience in residential/commercial real estate sales will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
Target-oriented with robust leadership and decision-making abilities.
Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, projects, and developers.
Should be comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
