About the Job

Vrinsoft Technology is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a team of business analysts, oversee requirement gathering and documentation, and serve as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into explicit functional specifications for technical teams
Prepare and review BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings
Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure aligned delivery
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
Track project KPIs and drive continuous process improvement
Manage stakeholder communication,



status updates, and risk escalation
Review deliverables prepared by team members for quality and accuracy

Requirements
7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team
Solid background in requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification is a plus

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
