We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Upwork & Freelance Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing recent business opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms. This role involves writing compelling proposals, negotiating with clients, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
Identify potential projects, analyze requirements, and craft tailored proposals.
Submit high-quality bids that highlight our expertise and align with client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and negotiate terms.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project feasibility before bidding.
Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay updated with market trends and platform policies to enhance bidding strategies.




Maintain a database of potential clients and project leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Upwork/Freelance Bidder or in a similar role.
Robust command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
Knowledge of freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies.
Good understanding of IT services, software development, design, or related fields (preferred).
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
