About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Field Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to help us acquire new jewellery business clients in Jaipur.

This is an on-ground field sales role. The selected candidate will physically visit jewellery businesses, speak with business owners and decision-makers, introduce Lanavode's services, understand their needs, and help convert interested businesses into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Visit jewellery stores and businesses across Jaipur.
Identify potential clients who can perk from stronger branding and digital presence.
Introduce Lanavode and clearly explain our services.
Build relationships with jewellery business owners and decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Understand client needs and handle basic questions or objections.
Help convert interested businesses into clients.
Coordinate with the Lanavode team during the client acquisition process.

Once a client is successfully acquired,



Lanavode's internal team will handle strategy, branding, creative work, and service delivery.

Who We Are Looking For
Confident and comfortable speaking directly with business owners.
Robust communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with face-to-face field sales and local travel.
Previous experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, or lead generation is preferred.
Experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers with solid communication skills and genuine sales potential are also welcome.
Comfortable communicating in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.
Professional and presentable personality.

Compensation

This role includes a monthly base salary along with performance-based incentives/commission for successfully acquired clients.

The exact commission structure and performance expectations will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship as Lanavode grows.
