Position: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Kochi

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the inbound sales team to achieve business targets
Conduct product training sessions and ensure team members have thorough product knowledge
Monitor sales calls, customer interactions and service quality
Perform regular quality checks and provide feedback for improvement
Support the team in converting leads and handling customer queries
Track team performance and implement strategies to improve conversions
Maintain solid client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare performance reports and update management regularly

Requirements:
Proven experience in client relationship management, sales team handling or customer service management
Solid leadership and team training abilities




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in quality monitoring and performance management
Customer-focused with solid problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting

Salary: Best in Industry

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Edapalli, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
