Job Responsibilities:
Experience in sheet metal Tool Design and crew software at least for 3 yrs.
Lead complete design activities including concept design, process design, tool design, gauges and launch.
Preparation 2D/3D design, BoMs, Engineering drawings, Control plan with robust command on CAD tools.
Profeciency in CAD tool (For Autocad, CREO is prefered)
Active Participation in APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA activities to ensure robust design and process development.
Initial Product Feasibility review.
Preparation Design calculations.
Coordinate production trial run and process validation and testing ensuring complience with customer requirements.
Support tool manufacturing activities.
Knowledge of Tool manufacturing, Tool Material selection
Identify and implement design and process improvements (functionality, cost, design for manufacture)

Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition as per 5’S
Evaluate impact of changes on tooling, process, cost, and quality
Support smooth SOP and production ramp-up
Apply GD&T;, material standards, and customer-specific requirements
Release of product drawing and tool drawing with final approval.
Update engineering documents after approval
Escalate design risks, feasibility concerns, or data gaps.
Raise Engineering Change Requests
Recommend design or drawing corrections
Communicate drawing clarifications with manufacturing and quality teams.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
