We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team in Bangalore.

Experience Required:
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial interiors.
Freshers are eligible for this position with skills as mentioned below.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
2D drafting and detailed working drawings (AutoCAD).
3D design and visualization.
Site measurement and site coordination.
Customer interaction and requirement gathering.
Client presentation and design discussions.
Quotation preparation and project documentation.
Material knowledge and execution support.
Regular site visits and project monitoring.
Coordination with vendors, factory team, and installation teams.
Ability to independently handle projects from design to execution.

Requirements:
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
Valuable understanding of interior materials,



manufacturing, and execution processes.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Professional attitude and commitment to project delivery.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary (based on experience and skill set).
Performance-based Incentives.

Probation Period:
Initial probation period of 3 months.
During the probation period, the company reserves the right to terminate employment based on performance, conduct, attendance, or suitability for the role.
Upon confirmation, employees are required to serve a one-month notice period before resignation.
