Job Summary:

This role focuses on appointment management, patient communication, etc.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the primary liaison between patients and doctors to ensure clear and timely communication.

· Manageappointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellationsacross all channels including phone, and digital platform).

· Guide patients through their treatment journey, including pre-visit instructions and follow-ups.

· Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

· Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.

· Maintain accurate patient records and appointment data.

· Uphold Clove Dental’s service quality, patient confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Desired Skills Qualifications

· Any graduate with strong English communication (BDS preferred).

· Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.

· Ability to handle multiple appointments.

· Calm, empathetic, and skilled approach in high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹10,922.37 - ₹31,517.98 per month
