We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader with 18–20 years of experience to lead the organization’s finance function and provide strategic financial direction to senior leadership. The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and management reporting, along with the ability to oversee financial operations, strengthen controls, drive business performance, and support critical decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage complex financial functions in a agile business environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across the organization.
- Oversee accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, and financial statements.




- Establish and maintain robust accounting policies, processes, internal controls, and financial governance frameworks.
- Drive management reporting, preparing and presenting periodic financial reports, MIS, dashboards, variance analysis, and business performance insights for senior management.
- Partner with business leaders and functional heads to understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor revenue, costs, margins, cash flows, working capital, and overall financial performance against budgets and business objectives.
- Provide leadership on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial strategy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
