Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions within the organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, and creating a positive work setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
Handle employee relations and address employee concerns professionally.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll-related activities and ensure accurate employee records.
Monitor employee performance and support performance appraisal processes.
Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for recent employees.
Handle disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.




Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems is preferred.

Experience

3–7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience in managing end-to-end HR operations.

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
