Olive Down Town Hotels, Kadavanthra, Kochi is looking for a Bell Boy to join our Front Office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure.

Handle guest luggage and ensure its secure delivery to rooms.

Assist guests with transportation and other basic requirements.

Escort guests to their rooms and provide necessary information.

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with guests.

Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the luggage and lobby areas.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, courteous, and guest-oriented approach.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality workplace will be an advantage.

Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
