Location: Upcoming Luxury resort in kochi, kerala.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure overall upkeep and maintenance of the resort (interior & exterior)
Handle routine electrical works and repairs
Conduct daily room inspections and submit maintenance reports
Attend and resolve guest maintenance complaints promptly
Perform basic troubleshooting of air conditioning systems
Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC systems
Prior experience in hotel/resort maintenance preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Responsible and proactive approach to work
