About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, execution-oriented Insolvency Executive to support a Chartered Accountant & Insolvency Professional handling CIRP, liquidation, bankruptcy, and other IBC assignments.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end execution of CIRP, liquidation, bankruptcy, and IBC consultancy assignments
Prepare and maintain claims, case records, chronologies, notices, correspondence, and other IBC documentation
Review NCLT orders and identify action points, timelines, and compliance requirements
Assist in preparing CoC/SCC agendas, minutes, presentations, and meeting material
Conduct basic IBC/legal research and prepare working notes
Assist in preparing applications, reports, annexures, and other documents under supervision
Coordinate with advocates, consultants, creditors, and other stakeholders for information and follow-ups




Maintain assignment-wise trackers, records, and data rooms
Assist in claim verification, data compilation, and other project-based activities
Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of practical IBC experience preferred
Positive understanding of CIRP/liquidation processes and basic NCLT procedures
Solid drafting, documentation, research, and Excel skills
Ability to read NCLT orders and extract actionable points
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership of assigned work
Open to guidance and feedback; comfortable working under a senior qualified
Good written and spoken English

Preference will be given to candidates with genuine hands-on IBC experience and robust execution ability over purely theoretical knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
