Position Overview:
GSS Project Consultants is looking for a motivated Human Resource Executive (HR) to support recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, payroll assistance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and employee advantages administration.
Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling.
Coordinate performance reviews and employee engagement activities.




Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.
Identify training needs and support employee development programs.
Assist management with general HR administration.

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year of HR experience; freshers may also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of HRMS, payroll, or labor laws is an added advantage.
