Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Strategist to develop and strengthen the brand across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of branding, marketing, content strategy, audience research, and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
Understand target audiences and identify opportunities to improve brand positioning.
Plan and coordinate brand communication across social media, digital, and offline channels.
Work closely with the content creation, design, video, and marketing teams.
Develop creative concepts, campaign themes, messaging, and content directions.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual communication.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with management to align branding initiatives with business objectives.




Stay updated with current marketing, social media, and branding trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role preferred.
Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and creative thinking skills.
Valuable understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the education, training, or edtech sector is an advantage.
