Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to understand their requirements.
Explain and professionally pitch the company’s products and services.
Generate customer interest, handle queries, and provide accurate product information.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and work towards successful conversions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Hindi and English.
Strong convincing, pitching, and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Prior experience in customer calling, telecalling, sales, or service will be preferred.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to build positive customer relationships.
