Punjab Jewellers is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead our showroom operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in retail sales, team management, customer service, inventory control, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with prior experience in the jewellery industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations
Lead and motivate the sales team
Achieve monthly sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service
Oversee inventory, billing, and cash handling
Maintain visual merchandising and store discipline
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent leadership and communication skills
5–10 years of retail management experience (Jewellery preferred)
Salary: Best in the industry + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
