We are looking for a Tele caller to manage patient calls, schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and provide information about healthcare services while ensuring a skilled patient experience.

Department: Operations / Customer Support

Experience: 1–3 Years (Experience in healthcare organisations will be an added advantage)

Qualification :Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and courteously.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, and pending visits
Explain healthcare services, packages, and promotional offers to patients.
Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of patient information in the system.
Coordinate with doctors, clinics,



and internal departments for smooth operations.
Address patient queries and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality standards.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and listening skills.
Patient handling and lead conversion ability
Good typing and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and skilled behavior.

Working Schedule:
Work from Office.
Rotational shifts / Day shift as applicable.
