Generate current leads through field visits, references, networking, and market research.
Meet prospective clients and present company products/services professionally.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Identify current market opportunities and potential business areas.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular updates regarding market activities, customer feedback, and competitor information.
Handle incoming sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Prepare quotations and proposals as required.
Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to close sales.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
