Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (GPM) who can independently handle maintenance operations, equipment upkeep, and technical troubleshooting in a restaurant/QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day maintenance and technical operations across outlets.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
Must have hands-on experience in conveyor oven cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ensure regular preventive maintenance of kitchen and restaurant equipment.
Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians, and external vendors.
Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare-parts requirements.
Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety and operational standards.
Monitor the condition and performance of restaurant equipment and facilities.

Candidate Requirements
7–8 years of relevant maintenance experience.




Candidate must have worked at least 3 years continuously in one company.
ITI qualification is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with conveyor oven cleaning is mandatory.
Experience in restaurant/QSR/hotel/café or food-service maintenance will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
Should be technically strong and capable of handling breakdowns independently.
Good vendor coordination and team-handling skills.

Salary & Benefits

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 In-Hand / Month

Preferred: Candidates with secure employment history and strong hands-on experience in restaurant/QSR maintenance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
