We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse (OT) to assist in surgical procedures and ensure smooth functioning of the operation theatre. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a sterile workplace, supporting surgeons during operations, and ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the operation theatre for surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and surgical team during operations.
Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.
Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.
Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols.
Handle OT equipment and ensure proper functioning.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Provide post-operative care and support to patients.




Coordinate with medical staff for smooth workflow in OT.

Requirements
Diploma / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council).
1–3 years of experience in Operation Theatre (preferred).
Solid knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in handling OT equipment and emergency situations.
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
