Nishorama is looking for an Influencer & PR Manager with a solid understanding of fashion, social media, influencer culture, PR, and brand storytelling. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing fashion, lifestyle, and culture influencers, building long-term relationships with creators, stylists, journalists, editors, and agencies, planning gifting, seeding, barter, and paid collaborations, negotiating deliverables and commercials, coordinating influencer campaigns, shoots, launches, press features, interviews, and offline brand events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all collaborations. The candidate will also maintain an organised influencer database, identify emerging creators, manage guest lists and media outreach, track influencer ROI, engagement, reach, PR visibility, and campaign performance,



and prepare insights to improve future campaigns. Candidate Requirements: Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organisational skills, robust attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple collaborations and campaigns simultaneously. Previous experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, Fashion PR, Creator Partnerships, Media Relations, or Brand Partnerships is preferred, along with a genuine interest in fashion, culture, trends, and brand storytelling.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
