The position demands continuous collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs and project goals, while also adapting to evolving technical challenges and environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur.
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), ASP.NET MVC.
Robust understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
Ability to work with various development tools and environments to support software deployment and maintenance.
Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Openlink Endur.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
